wine sampling unusual experience
The stay presented a couple of issues. I found that I could not sample the wine before committing to a full bottle, the bottle was already open. Staff stated I could smell it, but not taste it. This was not ideal. The experience was unusual.

quiet retreat, a good stay
great breakfast cute staff convenient location genuine warmth
The breakfast offered a really great start to the day. i particularly enjoyed the full english breakfast. the staff members were cute. They accommodated my requests with genuine warmth. i also found the inn's location convenient for exploring local attractions.
The sink in my room was a bit small. It made washing up a little challenging.

rough bed linen small bathroom
i stayed here for a short trip. the room was generally okay, but the bed linen really needed replacing. it felt quite rough. also, the bathroom was small. i know it's an old building, but it was a struggle to move around in there.

Fantastic Stay! Everything was perfect!
open countryside interesting history delicious meal
I loved the location of the hotel. It's set in such beautiful open countryside. The history of the building is interesting and staff are very cute. The coin tree outside is also intriguing! I really enjoyed my delicious restaurant meal. I had fish and chips.
The bathroom was very small. It looked like it had to be fitted into a very old building, but it was not a problem for me

friendly staff excellent quality
the staff were very helpful and friendly. rooms were cosy and clean i found. tea and breakfast were excellent quality and delicious here.
the washbasin was a decent size it needed. existing one is minute so water went everywhere, sadly.
